A Canadian tradition. No machine made pastry here! Each butter tart is lovingly made with homemade pastry hand pressed into the muffin tins. It's all the difference. Traditional butter tart filling with your choice of raisins, pecans or plain. They freeze or refrigerate well so you can take out what you need when company comes!
