This squash reaches just 4 to 5 inches long, making a single serving size and quicker to roast whole! Bred by renowned vegetable breeder Michael Mazourek of Cornell. Sugar sweet taste and such deep orange flesh. A sweet treat that is easy to grow!


    Honeynut Butternut squash thrives in full sun and warm, well-drained soil enriched with organic matter like compost or aged manure. It's a heavy feeder, so providing a nutrient-rich environment is crucial for its growth. Make sure it gets at least 6 hours of sunlight daily, and the temperature doesn't fall below 60-70 F.
