    Extra-dwarf bush plants reach just 6 to 9 inches tall, but the plants are wildly prolific, offering oodles of tiny orange orbs that burst with fruity, sweet flavour. This is the perfect indoor or patio tomato, comfortably fitting in a 4- to 6-inch pot. Try these colourful and compact plants as an edible ornamental, mass planted in beds or borders, or in mixed containers. Perfect for sunny windows and with grow lights!


    The Orange Hat tomato is suitable for windowsills or small garden patches. It thrives in rich, quality potting soil and benefits from a sunny location with at least 6 hours of light daily.


    Since this is a determinate variety, heavy pruning is unnecessary, although some light trimming of lower leaves can improve airflow. Ensure no leaves are touching the soil. Orange Hat tomatoes are self-pollinating, but if grown indoors, gently shaking the plants can aid in pollination​.


    With adequate sunlight or grow lights, Orange Hat tomatoes can produce fruit year-round indoors.
