Being away this summer, we missed picking up (or growing) the amazing produce grown in the Cowichan Valley. We were able to grab organic beets and organic red onions from our friends at Rootbound Farms so Farmer Tracey has canned pickled beets and red onions for our Holiday Pop-Up Farm Stand.
